    Curriculum Committee
A man said, I’m teaching for 30 years. I’m told to reinvent the wheel, we have a curriculum, a through curriculum then somebody comes up with a new idea. Oh we have to do it this way now. It’s a total waste of money. I’m also a taxpayer too and I see a lot of waste. In the schools and someone somewhere is coming up with new curriculum, vocabulary terms, jargon and it’s a total waste of money. I was just at a workshop doing curriculum – I wrote the curriculum or had in my dept about two years ago. And at the end of the seminar, the lady said, “What did you think of this?” I said I wrote half of the 5 inch thick binder, this is all redundant. It annoys me because I’m a taxpayer too. I see the waste.
